Christina is accomplished in body-centered techniques from fields including psychology, physical therapy, advanced bodywork, nutrition counseling, expressive arts and authentic movement. She has a Master of Fine Arts in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition Science from Cal Poly. Christina offers insight and understanding to the physiology of the body and expression of the mind and soul. Her most recent area of interest and training is in practicing a psycho-biological approach to body-centered counseling called Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM), by Lawrence Heller, PhD. Bay Area schools of somatic movement research and arts include Moving On Center in Oakland, Alive and Well Conscious Bodywork in Mill Valley, and a ten years with The Institute of Indigenous Arts in Marin County.

Lorraine is warm, caring, and attuned to her client’s needs. With focused precision, she chooses the most beneficial combination of modalities to support mobility and health.
Lorraine welcomes working with a diversity of abilities and health conditions, including people who are medically frail and the neurologically challenged. She is experienced and trained to work respectfully and with consideration to pre- or post-surgical recovery plans and oncology procedures.
Lorraine is a graduate of National Holistic Institute (NHI), California Massage Therapy Council Certified (CAMTC), and a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). She has over 1,300 hours of rigorous training and interning in various hospital settings, including San Francisco Chinese Hospital. In 2011, Lorraine attained certification from the Institute for Health and Healing (IHH), Integrative Medicine Education Program at California Pacific Medical Center (Sutter Health). She is grateful to have masterful and ambitious mentors in the field of advanced massage therapy including Carolyn Tague from the IHH program, and Beverly May with Redwood Massage and Sauna and the CAMTC.
