Payments

We accept cash and personal checks for our services. Payment is due at the time services are received.  A $25.00 fee will be applied to all dishonored payments (returned checks). All prices are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that we need to know 48 hours ahead of time if you cannot keep your appointment or have to reschedule. Without 48 hours notice, payment will be expected in full. The exception is when you are sick. We prefer not to work on clients with a cold, flu or other communicable condition and will not hold you to the 48-hour cancellation policy in that case. Thank you for your consideration.

Livingsocial customers: Please cancel your appointments online through your GENBOOK confirmation email. At the bottom of the email you will find a link to cancel your appointment. We allow 24 hour notice for voucher deals.

Gift Certificates

We offer gift certificates that can be used towards services. The gift certificates will always show the monetary value, so they can be for any amount with the minimum being $10.00. For example, for a one-hour massage purchased as a gift, the gift certificate would say: “This certificate is for: A one hour Massage (valued at $80) Gift Certificates can not be redeemed for cash and The Common Well is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
