Integrative Bodywork sessions are customized to meet our clients individual goals, utilizing techniques which may include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Esalen Massage, Reiki Energy-work, and/or Facilitated Stretching.
Specialty Bodywork sessions are personalized Integrative Bodywork sessions that may also includes Hot Stone, Pregnancy, Sports and Lomi Lomi.
Body-Centered Counseling and Somatic Movement Education session rates are set by the individual practitioner, starting at $70 for 60 minutes.
Meditation class is offered on a donation bases, every Tuesday evening from 7:30-9pm, by Hal Blacker. Learn more.
